These two photos were taken in the summer of 1961 by Dennis Herrell and show Mr Richard Long (Chemistry) practising his strokes in the Park.  This may well have been the first golf to be played on the site since the demise of the Mid-Norfolk Golf Club at the beginning of World War 2 ..... unless you know different of course!
