Contents The Gallery Past Reunions

On a warm June evening, almost 300 Staff, Parents and Old Wymondhamians joined together to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the College and to raise some funds for the 60th Anniversary Appeal Fund. On arrival we were welcomed, into a beautifully decorated marquee on the lawn next to Fry Hall, with champagne and canapes and music from the Fame string quartet which gave everyone a chance to mingle and to have a look at the items donated for the Silent Auction. Once seated, a five course meal, using local produce, was served to us by students who did a great job all evening keeping us supplied with food and drink. The speeches were kept to an absolute minimum and the meal was followed by music and dancing with the Jonathan Wyatt Big Band followed by a disco with Craig Royale.

Thanks go to all those who had a hand in the organisation, it was a fantastic evening.
