We met at Sprowston Manor for our Golf Day and Reunion and enjoyed a sunny, although breezy day. The breeze and the fast greens challenged the golfers and as we completed our round we again joined the non-golfers at the Café Zest and chatted before we all assembled in the Suffolk Suite. We enjoyed the meal in a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere and our thanks have been conveyed to the hotel staff.
We look forward to these reunions and arrangements are in place to meet again next year on Friday July 3rd.
It was great that we were joined this year by Nick Rowe (62-69) and hope he enjoyed the occasion and will be with us next year together with any of his friends from the 60’s he may be able to contact. We were also pleased to welcome Phil Robinson and Steve Read who joined us for the 100 Club June Star Prize Draw.
